| Description: |
Due to extreme growth Right! Systems, Inc. is currently adding Account Executives in its Anchorage office. We are looking for goal driven, consultative sales professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a Hunter, possessing a strong ability to find, sell and close business rapidly.
Candidates must be focused self-starters with strong relationship skills and the ability to see the big picture. Must also have experience executing on business plans and working independently to attain assigned sales quota objectives.
Experience selling for a VAR, Systems Integrator, Manufacturer, Software Publisher or similar experience calling on Fortune 1000 and SMB accounts a plus. Please send your resume and cover letter via email to jobs@rightsys.com.
Tasks:
Develop and deliver on business plan for territory
Develop and maintain executive relationships and customer communication through quarterly and annual business reviews
Prospect for new business through outbound telephone sales and direct meetings for new and existing customers
Maintain sales appointment levels and revenue goals as outlined
Address account challenges and provide swift solutions
Respond to sales leads and develop prospecting lists
Work as part of a team
Problem solving skills
Minimum qualifications
Sales Hunter, Closer with Strategic and Tactical Sales Experience
Sales experience, 2-4 years VAR industry preferred
Proven record of success with previous employers
Self motivated / highly driven
Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and organization skills
PC / technical experience (Microsoft, Office Apps, Integration Methods)
