Essential Functions:
- Provide complete and timely customer service to RSI internal (account managers) and external clients/customers EVERY TIME.
- Complete product research and prepare quotes in support of assigned account manager in a timely and thorough manner. (55%)
- Provide services to assist in the management of customer expectations by proactive coordination of delivery and provisioning schedules, including but not limited to ETA's. (15%)
- Prepare sales order, ensuring complete and accurate input of date, for all purchases. (15%)
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. (15%)
Other Functions:
- Provide specific customer information to target marketing efforts
- At the direction of the CSG manager, assist with business development opportunities including lead follow-up calls, demand generation calls, proactive marketing, and up-selling of products/services.
- At the direction of the CSG manager, provide customized services to account management team including (but not limited to): appointment scheduling, customer communications, serve as a point of contact between outbound sales and the corporate office and provide assistance in preparing for and conducting customer sales calls.
