MARKETING COORDINATOR – Meridian, ID

We are currently seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to assist with executing the marketing strategy for Right! Systems, Inc. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating major annual events, securing sponsorship from our Tier one manufacturing partners, build relationships with Tier one partners, and lead efforts of the Marketing Coordinator specific job functions.

 This is a full time role reporting to the Director of Marketing. This role is NOT remote - candidates must live in the service area and be able to see customers, colleagues, and partners onsite when necessary. Some travel required (10-15%)

The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, has incredible attention to detail, the ability to successfully manage projects in varying stages of completion in a fast-paced industry, is a team player and willing to learn new skills, and has a genuine interest in the IT/Technology industry. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and support other Coordinators on the coordinator job function (event planning/coordination and partner relationships)
  • Plan, execute, and report pipeline generating events with manufacturing partner(s), including event logistics, pre- and post-event communications with attendees, and follow up communication with manufacturing partner(s) and maintaining regular cadence calls
  • Plan, execute, and report lead generating campaigns with internal team and manufacturing partner(s) and work with Sales to yield best results
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Executives, Engineers, Inside Sales, and MSP team members to ensure campaign success
  • Utilize skills for content creation for both internal and external purposes while maintaining consistent RSI branding throughout each platform
  • Manage and organize content repository file system for Marketing team
  • Other duties assigned by the Marketing Director

Requirements and Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and/or at least 4 years of experience in the Marketing field
  • Knowledge and experience with working in a CRM database
  • Demonstrable exposure to leading and managing marketing database, email, and social media
  • Ability to measure and track the outcomes of campaigns and events
  • Event planning experience required
  • Background experience within IT/technology companies preferred

Right! Systems, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a talented individual for the role of Security Engineer. This is a full-time position.

You will be working on a team of highly skilled technicians and engineers across a wide range of disciplines, representing solutions from Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba and more. Your role is to ensure that industry best practices and methodologies are applied to the deployment, integration, and operational support of our customer environments.

This role is NOT remote - candidates must live in the service area and be able to report to the Meridian, ID office.This role reports the Engineering Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a deep technical understanding of network technologies, including security architecture, firewalls, identity management, edge and end-user security platforms security management tools, and other related products
  • Work on detailed and complex projects integrating multiple technologies across multiple disciplines as part of a team of engineers
  • Work on-site or remotely to diagnose and resolve both emergency and chronic problems related to availability, security, performance, connectivity, and overall functionality
  • Attend or participate in various product training sessions and classes in order to broaden your skillset while maintaining RSI’s vendor relationships
  • Meet with customers to discuss and outline new technologies that improve and enhance their current environments
  • Other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of equivalent network technology experience
  • Cisco CCNP Security or CCIE Security, Palo Alto Networks PCNSE, or demonstrable experience level required
  • Hands on experience deploying and designing complex network security solutions
  • Hands on experience with PAN firewalls required
  • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements for regulated industries required
  • Hands on experience with Cisco Firepower firewalls preferred
  • Palo Alto Networks PCNSE highly preferred
  • Hands on experience with Palo Alto Networks Prisma, Panorama, and PAN SDWAN solutions preferred
  • Strong design and troubleshooting skills for firewalls required
  • Hands on experience with Fortinet firewalls or Fortinet NSE certification preferred
  • Experience with network segmentation and datacenter security best practices
  • Experience with design and deployment of Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass highly preferred
  • Pervious experience as a consultant desired
  • Deep understanding and experience with advanced routing and switching protocols
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated, directed and organized with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced scenario
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience in CRM databases

Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with the ability to travel 30% of the time during weekdays. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Candidate must have a valid Driver’s license.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of wireless and systems security technology experience
  • Professional or Expert-level certifications from one or more of the following manufacturers:
  • Cisco (CCNP/CCDP or CCIE Wireless preferred)
  • HPE Aruba (ACP/ACX or preferred)
  • Deployment or administrative experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba Clearpass preferred
  • Wireless LAN design experience required
