Senior Solutions Architect (Seattle, WA, Olympia, WA, Portland, OR, Boise, ID) CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO SERVICE AREA - INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES NEED NOT APPLY Right! Systems, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a talented individual for the role of Senior Solutions Architect. You will be working a team of highly skilled account managers and consultants across a wide range of disciplines, representing solutions from Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, PAN, Okta, Microsoft, and more. Your role is to ensure that industry best practices and methodologies are applied to the design, planning, implementation and operational support of our customer environments. This is a full-time position and can be at any of our office locations in Bellevue, WA, Olympia, WA, Portland, OR, or Boise, ID. This role is NOT remote - candidates must live in the service area and be able to see customers, colleagues and partners onsite when necessary. Hybrid work schedule to be determined by direct supervisor. This job reports directly to our CTO. · Work with customers to design and scope new projects · Develop bills of materials and solutions for customers · Consult with customers on options and features required to meet business needs · Present solutions and scopes of work to customers · Build and maintain a deep technical understanding of wireless networks, system security technologies, including endpoint, server, identity and access management, and web application firewalls · Design and planning on complex projects integrating multiple technologies across multiple disciplines as part of a team of engineers · Attend or participate in various product training sessions and classes in order to broaden your skillset while maintaining RSI’s vendor relationships · Meet with customers to consult and outline new technologies that improve and enhance their current environments · Work with a cross section of the RSI team including sales, engineering and management to complete tasks as required · Other work-related duties as assigned Requirements · 5-7 years of wireless and systems security technology experience · Professional or Expert-level certifications from one or more of the following manufacturers:
  • Cisco (CCNP/CCDP or CCIE Wireless preferred)
  • HPE Aruba (ACP/ACX or preferred)
  • Deployment or administrative experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba Clearpass preferred
  • Wireless LAN design experience required
  • Juniper (JNCIS-Mist preferred)
  • Palo Alto Networks Prisma and/or Cortex experience (PSE preferred)
  • Okta Certified Professional (preferred)
  • Microsoft Security product experience preferred (Defender, Sentinel, Azure MFA)
  • Deployment or administrative experience with patch management solutions desirable (Automox or similar)
· Hands-on experience deploying and or managing wireless security solutions from one or more of the manufacturers listed above · Strong customer service orientation. We are seeking a talented individual for the role of Senior Account Executive. This is a full-time position. We’re looking for a proven Senior Account Executive with solid experience in direct sales of Professional IT Services, Cloud Services, Security and IT infrastructure to join our established sales organization. We’re hiring for the Bellevue and Lacey offices in Washington. You’ll work directly with some of the technology industry’s most innovative and well-known organizations to help them get the most out of their infrastructure through consultative selling. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with solution-based selling from SMB customers to large enterprises, is a skillful builder of relationships and rapport, is persistent and has a depth of experience in controlling and navigating the sales cycle from inception to close. Needs to be willing and able to acquire new accounts through strategic prospecting and networking.   This role is NOT remote - candidates must live in the service area. Hybrid work schedule determined by direct supervisor.   Duties and Responsibilities · Achieve growth objectives through prospecting, lead response, and relationship building with SMB, Mid-Tier and Enterprise companies · Qualify business opportunities by identifying the scope of projects and initiatives, decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of opportunity · Develop new account relationships · Maintain and grow existing client revenues through cross-selling of Right! Systems core competencies · Establish and maintain manufacturer/partner relationships to develop joint sales opportunities · Develop and implement quarterly account business plan · Provide monthly forecast and quarterly reviews for assigned territory · Conduct business in a professional, competent and ethical manner · Maintain daily tracking of sales activity and opportunity entry into sales CRM · Attain required sales certifications within identified Tier 1 and Tier 2 sales and service partners Requirements · Experience with an IT industry VAR/SI as an Outside Account Manager · Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Highly self-motivated, directed and organized with attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced scenario · Strong customer service orientation · Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment · Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and goals · Ability to listen effectively and apply into actionable steps · Candidate must have a valid Driver’s license · Travel is required within sales territory or regional travel may be required Compensation/Benefits $72-90K Base Salary DOE Commission earned at 10-20% of the gross margin cash receipts collected.
