Discounts of 20-90% are available for eligible services based on poverty level and the location of the school or library requesting the service.

BMIC requests cover eligible repair and upkeep, such as hardware, wiring, and basic technical support. Only work performed during a contract is covered. Eligible products must be repaired or replaced. Bundled warranties or fixed contracts require cost allocation to remove ineligible costs.
