Right Systems and Microsoft are bringing together Rimo3, Login VSI, and Nerdio for a glimpse into the next evolution of Microsoft Operating System delivery options. Find out how you can easily prepare for your next VDI, Intune, Windows 11 or App-V migration by laying a framework for endpoint efficiency through automation.
The global cloud-based VDI market was valued at $6.9 billion in 2022, and is projected to reach $31.5 billion by 2032. By that time, SCCM, App-V, Windows 10 and the current Microsoft server operating systems will be gone, or at least deprecated. VDI is a component of imminent change to the way your end-user services are rendered.
Cloud based VDI is allowing the dynamic allocation of computer resource on the basis of user demand, providing flexibility and scalability while paying for what is used. Cloud-based VDI solutions are expected to drive the market demand across the globe, but as we have learned it is the applications that will drive the solution. VDI is not a ‘one-size fits all’ solution.
By combining Rimo3 and Login VSI, customers have the ability to assess application packages with customized target Windows Operating Images to validate compatibility. Once target image compatibility is confirmed, Rimo3 will modernize the apps and export them to be managed from Intune. This can happen in bulk from SCCM to Intune.
Once the applications and images are aligned, Login VSI helps organizations confidently choose the right infrastructure for their unique workloads. With live insights, teams can sustain peak performance while defining and optimizing costs. Many enterprises use this approach combined with existing Microsoft licensing to use Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD; formerly Windows Virtual Desktop). Nerdio will make your AVD badass and speed up your deployment dramatically while simplifying ongoing maintenance.
The digitization of society will continue to drive industry growth in service delivery. In addition to the organic increase of VDI, IT departments will be continued to be challenged by operational migrations and deprecation (App-V) for emerging platforms such as Windows 11, and Intune. Join Right Systems, Rimo3, Login VSI, Nerdio and Microsoft to understand where to start on your AVD and Windows 11 journey.
